How quickly will I hear back?

Sales and general inquiries receive a reply within one business day. Support requests from active courts are answered within four business hours during support hours.

Do you work with our recording system?

Yes. TRX is browser-based and vendor-agnostic — it works with any recording system your court already runs. We confirm compatibility during your presentation.

Is my information kept private?

Everything you send is handled under our SOC 2 Type II controls. We use your details only to respond to your inquiry and never share them with third parties.

Can you present to our full court team?

We tailor each presentation to your court — administrators, judges, clerks, court reporters, and IT or AOC staff are all welcome. Tell us who’ll attend and we’ll shape the agenda.
