February makes transcripts easier to manage at scale. TRX TranscriptionPro™ (TPro) brings consolidated data tables with enable, disable, and show/hide controls, and every draft template now carries a digital signature.

How do I manage a long list of transcripts?

The transcript data tables are now consolidated into a single, consistent view. You can enable or disable individual files, and show or hide disabled entries so the table reflects only the work in front of you. The list reloads in place when you act on it, so you stay on the page instead of waiting for a full refresh.

Can I hide files I am not working on?

Yes. A show/hide control keeps disabled entries out of view, and the table defaults to hiding disabled files so the active set is what you see first. Related views, including the notes tab, respect the same toggle, so hidden files stay hidden across the workspace.

Are draft documents digitally signed?

Yes. Digital signatures are now applied across all draft templates, so the documents TheRecordXchange produces carry a consistent signature without a manual step.

Does TranscriptionPro know which jurisdiction a transcript belongs to?

Behind the scenes, TranscriptionPro now tracks jurisdiction information alongside the store identifier. Forms and transcripts can reflect the correct jurisdiction context rather than an internal store name, which keeps what you see aligned with the matter you are working on.

In short

February is about control and consistency: cleaner transcript tables, sensible defaults that surface active work first, signed draft templates, and jurisdiction-aware context throughout.
