March brings continuity to long matters and more power to the desktop. TRX TranscriptionPro™ (TPro) can now carry context across multiple sessions of the same hearing, the Word add-in gains a dedicated Speakers and QuickText window, and VoiceCopy™ adds an updated speech-to-text engine option.
Can TranscriptionPro keep multi-session hearings consistent?
Yes. When a hearing spans several sessions, TranscriptionPro can use earlier sessions as context when it processes later ones, so names, terminology, and formatting stay consistent across the full record. The system filters which prior sessions to draw on based on bookmark timing, so only the relevant context carries forward.
What is new in the Word add-in?
The Word add-in now includes a dedicated Speakers and QuickText window for managing speakers and inserting common phrases without leaving your document. Keyboard shortcuts have moved off the old macro system and into the add-in itself, and a new QuickText entry handles the WHEREUPON insertion that reporters reach for often.
Can I choose the speech-to-text engine for VoiceCopy?
Yes. VoiceCopy can now process audio using an updated speech-to-text engine, giving you another option when producing draft text from a recording.
Can I share an Activity Report?
Reporting gets a small but useful addition: the Activity Report now includes a Display Share option, making it easier to surface the report to the people who need it.
In short
March keeps multi-day matters consistent in TranscriptionPro, puts speaker and QuickText controls a click away in the Word add-in, and gives VoiceCopy and reporting practical new options.
